Il pneumatico estivo AutoBild 2022 è qui! Come al solito, il test è iniziato con una prova di frenata su bagnato e asciutto di cinquanta set di pneumatici nella popolare misura 215/55 R17 utilizzando una VW Passat, con i migliori ventuno che sono passati a questo test completo. AutoBild non solo è riuscita a testare il nuovo Hankook Ventus Prime 4 e il Kumho Ecsta HS52, ma ha anche sottoposto tutti i ventuno set di pneumatici a un test di usura e ha incluso uno pneumatico per tutte le stagioni (senza nome) come riferimento nei test di aderenza!

Il migliore nel test

Il Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2 ha vinto il test combinando un buon grip sull'asciutto e sul bagnato, una bassissima resistenza al rotolamento e la migliore usura del test. Anche se non era il pneumatico più economico, quando AutoBild ha diviso il prezzo di acquisto per il chilometraggio previsto si è anche rivelato il miglior pneumatico in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo del test, una prestazione davvero impressionante da parte di Goodyear.

Hankook sarà soddisfatta del secondo posto assoluto per il nuovo Prime 4. Il Prime 3 presentava spesso un'usura elevata, ma il Prime 4 si è rivelato eccellente nel test di usura, uno dei migliori pneumatici sull'asciutto e molto buono sul bagnato.

Sembra impossibile tenere il Michelin Primacy 4 lontano dal podio di un test: lo pneumatico francese si è classificato terzo nella classifica generale, con un'usura ridotta e una bassissima resistenza al rotolamento come qualità distintive, ma grazie al suo elevato prezzo di acquisto, il suo valore calcolato è risultato inferiore del 20% rispetto al Goodyear.

L'altra inclusione degna di nota in questo test è stata la bassissima resistenza al rotolamento Continental EcoContact 6. A causa del modo in cui funzionano i test sugli pneumatici, questo pneumatico non avrebbe mai avuto buoni risultati complessivi grazie ai livelli inferiori di aderenza sul bagnato, ma lo pneumatico ecologico Continental ha dimostrato di avere un vantaggio significativo nella resistenza al rotolamento, un'aderenza ragionevole sull'asciutto e sul bagnato (ricorda che ha battuto trenta altri pneumatici in frenata sull'asciutto e sul bagnato per arrivare a questo test) e livelli di usura sorprendentemente buoni. Se stai cercando uno pneumatico per risparmiare benzina, questo potrebbe essere quello che fa per te, ma non è sicuramente eccezionale per la maneggevolezza sportiva.

Per quanto riguarda lo pneumatico per tutte le stagioni, è stato il peggiore in frenata su asciutto, il che non sorprende, ma anche il peggiore in entrambi i test di aquaplaning, a metà strada nella maneggevolezza su asciutto e bagnato e a metà strada per la resistenza al rotolamento. Considerando che questo è l'unico pneumatico che offrirebbe un qualche tipo di aderenza sulla neve, è un risultato abbastanza impressionante.

Bagnato

Il Bridgestone Turanza T005 è costantemente in testa nei test di frenata sul bagnato e ancora una volta è stato il miglior pneumatico del test. Il nuovo Hankook si è piazzato di nuovo bene, con Falken e Vredestein subito dietro.
